Haiti is blessed with tons of karst, multiple extraordinary caves, and surely lots of undiscovered ones. But let's face it: the country is not safe, in terms of crime and disease, and things aren't likely to change significantly in the near future. I'm not aware of any caving efforts taking place here currently. There are a couple of Dominican cave divers who have dove in Haiti, and have plans to return, but not anytime soon. Me neither.
