A green nation.

Costa Rica is loved by just about everyone. It's green, friendly, and beautiful. I've visited twice, but still feel like I've seen relatively little of this action-packed tiny country.

The first time, I went to beaches on both coasts, and spent several days summitting Cerro Chirripó, the country's highest peak. The second time, we went to the northwest corner around Liberia. It's amazing how modern it is compared to some neighboring countries, yet also remains extremely laid back and easy going. 

I think the jungle here is unmatched. It's also filled with poisonous creepy-crawlies, so plan your adventures carefully.
