A literal rock of rich people.
Let's get it out of the way: Gibraltar is basically a tax haven for the ultra wealthy. That said, it's a great place to visit. There is a long history behind this gigantic rock on the Mediterranean. Caves, tunnels, monkeys, and unique plants abound.
Suhei and I visited in September 2021. The swirling fog made it seem speical. Never before have I spoke with people who were native speakers of both British English and Castilian Spanish. We climbed to the highest point, spent hours watching the monkeys, and walked something like 20 kilometers in a day, including to and from Spain.
